Head Men's/Women's Tennis Coach and Compliance Assistant

West Chester University of Pennsylvania invites applications for the position of Head Men's/Women's Tennis Coach and Compliance Assistant. West Chester University is a member of the highly competitive Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference with five men's tennis programs and 11 women's tennis programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all duties associated with successful coaching at the college level. This includes organization and administration of the program, recruiting, scheduling, budget preparation and other associated responsibilities of West Chester University's men's/women's tennis, along with responsibilities as an assistant compliance coordinator within the athletic department. Fund-raising and conducting camps for scholarships for the program are a major responsibility.
This position will also assist the compliance coordinator in recording all compliance activity as assigned, including utilization of the Compliance Assistance Internet for maintaining squad lists, eligibility, financial aid and demographic information.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Previous high school or college coaching experience or club level tennis coaching required. Demonstrated knowledge of and conformity to NCAA rules also required. Full-time coaching experience at the college level is preferred.

This is a full-time, entry-level, salaried, 12-month position with full benefits with additional income possible by conducting mandatory summer camps.
