Head Coach, Athletics (Women's Tennis)

The Head Coach is responsible for providing supervision of all matches, practices, administrative duties and skills instruction to the student athletes. Will be responsible for following all rules and regulations of the NCAA, Conference and the University. Organize and implement a recruiting program to attract outstanding Tennis players to Temple University in accordance with the rules and regulations of NCAA and Atlantic 10 Conference. Coordinate with the respective Associate Directors of Athletics to ensure that the Women’s Tennis program is conducted professionally and efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities: *Experience coaching Tennis at the Collegiate level. *Must have the ability to motivate and lead student-athletes toward competitive and academic success. *Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse group of students, staff and administration.
