Director of Tennis

Tuscawilla Country Club has an immediate opening for a hands-on Director of Tennis, a Private Country Club with Golf, Tennis and Swim Club in the Northeast Suburb of Orlando with over 700 Golf, Sports and Social Members. This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Tennis Department, including but not limited to tennis leagues, tennis classes, tennis camps, tournaments, tennis pro shop, and supervising staff.
Job Requirements: A successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Three years of management experience in similar tennis program
- USTPA Certification
- A proven track record in financial controls, program and membership development and people management.
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish is perferred.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
