at Cole Shelton in United StatesI have been teaching tennis for 6 years and played collegently at the Division 1 and 3 levels in the Pacific Northwest (Linfield/PSU). My clients include juniors and adults of various skill and ability levels. Depending on your ability whether just new to tennis and looking to build a foundation; in the refinement or transitional phase; or at the world-class performance phase I have the credentials and passion for the game to meet your goals and needs.

A variety of individualized USTA/College specific drills and games focused on the physical, tactical, technical and mental skills of tennis
Individual Stroke Analysis
A nutritional guide to your specific needs based off of the USDA’s recommendations and personal tips that have worked for myself and professionals I know.
A typical private lesson may include some or all of the following (varies on players experience and goals):
Dynamic Warm-up Exercises and Run Form Drills
On Court Movement and Agility Training
Strength Training Exercises to prevent injuries and improve overall strength, endurance and flexibility using rubber tubing, medicine balls and cones
Tennis Drills focused on various strokes such as the backhand, forehand, serve and volley
Games that are fun and competitive that will improve your style of play
Closure and reflection of what today’s lesson incorporated and much more!
Lessons start at $30.00 per hour for Juniors up to age 18 and $40.00 per hour for adults.
The Beaverton Parks and Recreational courts are used unless something else is negotiated.
