Your Responsibilities:
· Provide care and guidance to English-speaking customers via telephone, email and chat
· Fast, professional response to customer inquiries on topics such as:
- Products range
- Order Process
- Delivery Status
- Checkout
- Returns Processing
- Complaint Processing
· Operational support for credit checks and credit card processing
· Undertaking projects and working independently to bring them to completion

Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Additional language skills a plus (German, French)
- A general interest in sports (i.e., tennis, running, or fitness) is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Friendly demeanor and highly-motivated
- Team player
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, pays close attention to detail, and works well independently
- Flexibility and a strong sense of accountability
- A high degree of initiative and resilience
- Commitment and perseverance
